Please note that our shipped cinnamon rolls are packaged differently than our pickup orders and will not arrive loaded with frosting and toppings on top as shown in some photos of our local pickup products.
To ensure your rolls arrive fresh and intact, all toppings and flavor additions are baked directly into the rolls before shipping. Each roll is individually heat-sealed and receives half of its icing immediately after baking, allowing it to melt into the warm layers and create the soft, gooey texture our customers love.
The remaining icing is included separately in a heat-sealed piping bag for you to add after reheating.
This shipping method prevents damage during transit while ensuring you receive the best flavor and texture possible. By placing a shipping order, you acknowledge that shipped rolls are prepared and presented differently than pickup orders.

To enjoy your cookies at their absolute best, follow these simple tips:

- Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3–4 days
- Keep them in a cool, dry place away from heat and sunlight
- Freezing
- Cookies can be frozen for up to 2 months
- Wrap individually or place in a sealed container before freezing
- Thaw at room temperature when ready to enjoy
- Reheating (Fresh-Out-the-Oven Experience!)

- For a slightly crisp edge, heat in the oven at 300°F for 3–5 minutes
